Timeline
- 1893: F. C. Shattuck House was built
- 1893-1937: F.C. Shattuck and family own the Shattuck House
- 1905: Additions were made, the billiard room was expanded and converted into a music room
- 1915: Shattuck tore down the carriage house
- 1937-1974: Daniel Brown and his wife Margaret became the owners of the Shattuck House
- 1975: After the passing of Daniel Brown, his wife Margaret takes ownership of the house
- 1976-Present: Dr. Timothy Flaherty and his wife Joan bought the house from Margaret and live there presently
- December 4th, 1978: Shattuck house is added to the National Register List
